Why Morzep

EDUCATION

Education is a core family value for every MORZEP. For us, education is not just a vehicle to a better job but a vehicle to a better life. Without education, we wouldn’t be who we are; we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to travel around the world, play sports at a competitive level, dance on big stages, create excellent plans, or excel in our journey. We believe that education matters and that everyone deserves access to an excellent education. One thing is to have the right to get an education, but another entirely different is to gain access to the best education possible. At MORZEP, we believe that everyone, independent of zip code, gender, color, beliefs, or any other circumstance, MUST have access to the best education possible to advance their lives.

WE CAN PROUDLY SAY THAT WE CUSTOMIZE OUR PLANS TO THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF EACH OF OUR SCHOLARS!

Advocacy is core to who we are. Our advocacy is driven by the belief that education must, by necessity, respond to an individual’s specific needs. If it doesn’t, something should be done about it, like contacting the counselor, talking to the teachers, going to the principal, or even visiting the superintendent, when necessary, to get first-hand information and make timely decisions critical for your student’s academic future.

ADVOCACY

BIAS TO ACTION

Bias to action is what makes MORZEP different. Instead of being passive or trying to figure out issues with your children’s education through Google, we would go directly to the source to learn about and understand the policies, rules, and regulations to take full advantage of each district and school’s academic and extracurricular offerings. We will only stop once we get a factual answer. We know that many parents and students fear action because they do not know about their rights and the obligations of the school district or the state. Yet, we are fearless in asking, acting, and helping our students succeed academically and personally.

MORZEP is one of the best advocates for families and students because we are not intimidated by the system. Massive systems like education, healthcare, and banking are intimidating for many people. Those systems work better because society believes plans cannot be changed. The administrators of such systems are more concerned about keeping their rules and regulations safe rather than adequately serving their constituencies. At MORZEP, we have never been intimidated by the system because a system only works if it works for the users.

MORZEP has always been an expression of our family’s values. That’s what makes MORZEP unique.
